The Atlanta Boardsailing Club and the Lake Lanier Sailing Club would like to invite you to join us for the 39th Annual Fall Classic*. We always have a great weekend of fun, racing, food and friendship. As a special bonus this year, Neil Pryde will be demoing the RS:One Convertible.
For racers: We'll have Open Class (sail whatcha brung), Sport Fleet (one less lap per race and 7.5 sail max) and, depending upon attendance, Foil, Kona. Long boards usually perform best but we occasionally get windy enough weekends where Formula boards are competitive. If there is enough demand, we also have a beginner's fleet for those who've never raced. However, if you haven't raced before, don't be intimidated as Sport Fleet is very welcoming and encouraging for those just starting out.
For non-racers: a great weekend to hang out with a bunch of other windsurfers, eat great food and enjoy the lake. The LLSC has a very nice facility and beach where we launch. We usually have a big FL contingent come up as well as guests from NC, SC, TN and AL.
Entry includes meals on site (the food is always good). Camping is available at the LLSC and reasonable hotels are nearby.

* As far as we know, we are the second longest continuously running windsurfing race in the world.
