"It IS a forgiving wave ( inbound). Pretty tough outbound as it's pretty shallow all around. That means they break for quite a ways out. You work through about 1/4 mile of whitewater, but yeah, quite worth it once out. "

"If I could find someone there with a pontoon boat so we could go to the main lake during S events Badin would be spectacular.  Hasn't happened yet though.  Dixie shores is the next best thing if I could park without getting towed. "
